- Manage Local IT operations for MHP India, covering endpoint management, employee support, onboarding & offboarding, asset lifecycle, workplace technology, and office infrastructure. N

- Collaborate with globalNetwork and IT Security teams on VPN, firewall, FortiClient, Zscaler, and connectivity issues. N
