Key Responsibilities:

Design Head MEP | Pharma & Cleanroom Projects

DPR is looking for an experienced Design Head MEP to lead HVAC design and engineering for our Pharma/Cleanroom, Industrial, Commercial, Residential and PEB turnkey projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end HVAC design & engineering from concept/DBR to detailed engineering, IFC drawings and construction support.
Design/review cleanroom zoning, pressure cascades, ACH, temperature & RH control, HEPA filtration, AHUs, airflow distribution, cooling loads, ducting, exhaust and BMS/EMS controls.
Robust understanding of GMP/cGMP, ISO 14644, ASHRAE, NBC, NFPA and applicable IS codes/standards.
Sound MEP design knowledge for commercial, residential, industrial and PEB projects.
Review/approve calculations, layouts, schematics, equipment selections, specifications, BOQs, tender/IFC drawings and vendor technical submissions.
Coordinate with Architecture, Structure, Process, Projects, Procurement, Estimation, Consultants, Clients and Vendors.
Drive value engineering and cost optimization without compromising GMP, safety,



performance or quality.
Lead and mentor the MEP design team and establish design standards, checking procedures and documentation systems.
Provide technical support during execution, testing, commissioning and cleanroom qualification.

Candidate Profile
Proficiency/working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP/BIM, HAP or equivalent HVAC design tools.
Robust leadership, client coordination, technical review and problem-solving capabilities.

We are looking for a hands-on technical leader who can strengthen DPR’s in-house MEP & Cleanroom design capability and deliver technically robust, cost-effective and execution-friendly solutions. This position reports to the Managing Director
