We are hiring for this position on behalf of one of the leading MNCs in the HVAC industry.
: Service, preventive maintenance, and breakdown handling of AHUs and HVAC systems. Troubleshoot motors, VFDs, belts, bearings, dampers, filters, coils, valves, and actuators. Monitor and troubleshoot HVAC systems through BMS.
Check sensors, actuators, control valves, VFDs, alarms, and temperature/pressure parameters. Coordinate with BMS and facility teams for control and communication issues. Maintain service reports and preventive maintenance records.
Ensure secure and effective operation of HVAC equipment.
