About the Role
Akshar Fire & Safety Pvt. Ltd. (AFSPL) is hiring an HR Assistant to manage payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee documentation for our manpower deployed across industrial client sites.
Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll for deployed manpower — attendance checking, salary computation, and deductions
Prepare and issue appointment letters, offer letters, and employee documentation
Manage PF and ESIC registrations, monthly filings, and compliance records
Generate and verify bank files for salary disbursement
Cross-check attendance, leave, and deployment data against site records before payroll processing
Maintain employee master data and statutory documentation (Aadhar,
PAN, bank details, nominee forms)
Prepare periodic payroll, PF/ESIC, and manpower reports for management
Coordinate with site supervisors and Finance for payroll and compliance queries
Requirements
Graduate in Commerce, HR, or related field
1–3 years of experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC)
Working knowledge of payroll software/Excel; familiarity with bank salary upload processes
Attention to detail and accuracy in data checking and reporting
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
