Role & responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment & onboarding.

Manage attendance, payroll & employee records.

Handle PF, ESIC, PT & statutory compliance.

Manage employee engagement, HR documentation & MIS.

Handle joining, exit, leave & day-to-day HR operations.

Support employees and management with HR-related queries and processes

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate with 02 years of HR experience.

Candidates with knowledge of complete HR operations will be preferred.

Positive understanding of Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance & HR Administration.

Valuable communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Freshers with solid HR knowledge and a willingness to learn are also welcome.
