Job Summary

We are looking for an HR executive with at least 1 year of experience in HR operations, preferably from the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, documentation, attendance, and other HR operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day HR operations and administration
Manage employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
Handle joining and exit formalities of employees.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requirements.
Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination and candidate follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.
Coordinate with management and employees for smooth HR operations.
Assist in payroll-related coordination and monthly attendance inputs.




Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives.
Handle general HR administration and other responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Skills
1+ year of experience in HR Operations
Previous experience in real estate / real estate-related industries is preferred.
Good knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Valuable coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Proactive and responsible approach towards work.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Property Management / Real Estate Services.
Solid HR operations and employee coordination skills.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period can be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
