Job Title: HR Executive

Drive in Minutes is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive to manage employee recruitment, onboarding, attendance, HR documentation, and employee coordination.

Responsibilities
Recruit and interview candidates for various company positions.
Coordinate employee joining and onboarding process.
Maintain employee records and HR documents.
Manage attendance, leave and employee-related queries.
Coordinate with Operations Managers and Team Leaders.
Support payroll and salary-related activities.
Handle employee concerns and maintain a positive work workplace.
Assist with employee performance reviews and HR policies.
Manage resignation and exit formalities.

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes.
Ability to handle multiple employees and recruitment activities.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
