We are looking for a Jr. Sales Executive to assist in selling residential real estate projects. The role involves handling site visits, explaining project details to clients, following up on leads, and supporting the sales closure process under the guidance of the Senior Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in clients, site visit clients, and inbound leads
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers
Arrange and coordinate site visits
Maintain daily follow-ups with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Update and manage leads in CRM / Excel
Coordinate with Channel Partners for lead management
Achieve monthly sales targets
Provide post-visit follow-up and feedback reporting
meeting Brokers on regular bases and drive business through them
Leverage AI tools and CRM insights to identify, qualify, and convert leads while improving sales productivity and customer engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / HSC (any stream)
Solid communication & persuasion skills
Basic knowledge of real estate sales process
Presentable personality and positive attitude
Basic computer skills
Preferred Candidate · Freshers willing to build a career in real estate sales
