About the Role : We are looking for a creative, energetic, and execution-focused Digital Marketing Executive who can help us grow our digital presence through influencer collaborations, engaging social media campaigns, and trend-driven content strategies. If you understand how brands grow through creators, reels, content, and audience engagement, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
Identify and collaborate with beauty, skincare, and lifestyle influencers
Execute influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end
Coordinate with influencers for content planning, approvals, and posting schedules
Build and maintain influencer databases and campaign reports
Track campaign performance including reach, engagement, and conversions
Manage Instagram and other social media platforms
Plan and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories




Create creative captions and manage audience engagement through comments and DMs
Monitor social media insights and improve content performance regularly
Stay updated with the latest Instagram trends, viral content formats, and digital marketing strategies

Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Marketing
Strong understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and short-form content
Good communication and negotiation skills
Hands-on experience in influencer collaborations and social media handling
Basic understanding of social media analytics and campaign tracking
Creative mindset with robust execution capabilities
Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle, or D2C brands will be preferred
