We are looking for a Junior Accountant with robust knowledge of accounting and preferably hands-on experience in the E-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain sales, purchase, expenses, receipts and payment entries.
Manage and reconcile E-commerce sales and settlement reports.
Perform Bank Reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain GST-related records and reconciliations.
Assist in GST return preparation and filing.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions and related compliance.
Maintain proper records of invoices, vouchers and other financial documents.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting and payment-related queries.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of accounting reports.
Ensure accuracy of financial data and timely completion of accounting activities.





Requirements
2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
E-commerce accounting experience will be preferred.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation and general accounting.
Understanding of E-commerce marketplace settlements and transactions.
Good command of MS Excel.
Experience with accounting software such as Tally / ERP / other accounting tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have worked with E-commerce companies, D2C brands or E-commerce marketplaces and have practical exposure to GST, TDS and reconciliation will be preferred.
