CRM Executive Location: [Location] Employment Type: Full time Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Sales &
CRM Executive to drive sales, manage customer relationships, generate new business opportunities, and ensure excellent customer service for Hexa Biotech’s biotechnology and laboratory products. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, online enquiries, and market research. Handle customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order conversions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Manage customer data, leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales activities in CRM. Coordinate with the Purchase, Technical, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution. Follow up on pending quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed orders. Identify new customers, institutions, laboratories, hospitals, industries, and distributors. Maintain regular sales reports, customer records, and follow-up schedules.



Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution and after-sales support. Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Candidate

ProfileGraduate in B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Com./BBA/MBA or relevant field. 1–3 years of experience in Sales, CRM, Laboratory, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or Scientific Products preferred. Good communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with CRM, MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp, and basic computer applications . Target-oriented, proactive, organized, and positive at follow-ups. Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
