About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at JPS Group of Institutions. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding

Conduct induction sessions and manage joining documentation for current hires

Maintain attendance records, track leaves, and support payroll inputs

Coordinate with the payroll team for accurate and timely salary processing





Implement and communicate HR policies across the organisation

Organise employee engagement activities and feedback sessions

Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records

Maintain employee records and generate HR reports — headcount, attrition, and compliance

Who Should Apply

Any Graduate with 1–3 years of HR experience

MBA (HR) preferred

Prior experience in recruitment, employee documentation, and payroll inputs

Solid communication skills and valuable working knowledge of MS Excel

Experience in an educational institution is an advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
