Role Description The Java Full Stack Teacher will deliver classroom-based training in Bengaluru, guiding learners through core and advanced Java concepts, front-end technologies, back-end frameworks, and integration practices. This full-time, in office role involves preparing lesson plans, structuring course content, and conducting interactive lectures, labs, and code reviews.

The teacher will mentor students, clarify technical doubts, assess performance through assignments and tests, and provide constructive feedback. The role also includes updating course materials to reflect current industry standards,



collaborating with the training team, and supporting placement initiatives through interview preparation and project guidance.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Training skills for delivering technical content and mentoring learners.
Candidates should possess Lesson Planning skills to design structured, outcome-focused sessions and curricula.
Candidates should possess Education and Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and engage diverse learner groups.
Solid hands-on experience in Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, front-end frameworks (such as React or Angular), and back-end frameworks (such as Spring or Spring Boot).
Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and basic DevOps or deployment practices.
Prior experience teaching or training in an academic or corporate setting is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work in office in Bengaluru and manage multiple batches or courses as needed.
