Hiring: HR Manager

Experience: 5 Years

Industry: Automobile / Automotive – Preferred

Location: Guindy

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
Handle employee grievances, statutory grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
Manage Full & Final Settlements, exits, clearances and employee documentation.
Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave and HR records.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, appraisal and separation processes.
Coordinate statutory audits, inspections and compliance documentation.
Develop and implement HR policies and processes.




Provide HR MIS and support management in employee-related matters.

Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or relevant field.
5 years of HR experience, preferably in the automobile industry.
Robust knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, grievance handling and employee relations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently handle sensitive HR matters.

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
