Backup and Recovery: Perform regular backups and ensure data recovery systems are in place.
IT Projects: Assist in planning and executing IT projects, including system upgrades and current installations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and system configurations.
User Training: Train employees on recent software and technology systems.
