Titile: Inside Sales Executive

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Work Schedule: Sunday working; weekly off as per company schedule

We are looking for a Insaid Sales Executive to support sales and business growth for a premium furniture showroom. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, developing business opportunities, following up on enquiries, and converting leads into sales.

Candidates with 2+ years of showroom sales are preferred. Experience in the furniture or interior industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Attend to customers and understand their product requirements.
Identify and develop current business prospects.
Handle sales enquiries and follow up with prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and other business contacts.
Prepare quotations and maintain accurate sales records.
Follow up with customers and support order closure.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and execution.




Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate support.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
Work towards achieving assigned sales and business development targets.

Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years of showroom sales or business development experience.
Experience in furniture, interior, home décor, or related industries will be an advantage.
Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
Good communication and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable working in a showroom environment.
Willingness to work on Sundays as per the company schedule.
