Urgent Requirement – HR Manager

Position: HR Manager

Location: Sansarpur Terrace, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh

Experience: 8–10 Years

Age: 38 Years & Above

Salary: ₹50,000–₹65,000 CTC per month

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in HR Management or a related field

Key Requirements
Candidate must be from Himachal Pradesh / Himachal domicile.
Strong knowledge of HR compliances and statutory requirements.
In-depth knowledge of Indian HR practices, labour laws, and legal requirements.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations and employee management.
Valuable understanding of HR policies, documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting will be preferred.
