Manage mailboxes, distribution groups, mail flow rules, and email security.
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues and coordinate with Microsoft Support when required.
Administer Windows Server workplace, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
Monitor server performance, storage, system health, and backups.
Perform server patching, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, and internet connectivity.
Troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues.




Implement network security and access controls.
Manage laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers.
Deploy and manage devices through Microsoft Intune.
Monitor endpoint security, antivirus solutions, and security incidents.
Support IT security compliance and vulnerability remediation activities.
Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support to users.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and asset inventory.
Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests.
