We are looking for a target-oriented Influencer Marketing & Onboarding Executive to identify, connect, negotiate, and onboard influencers across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify influencers on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Watch and evaluate influencer content to find suitable creators.
- Reach out to influencers and explain collaboration opportunities.
- Negotiate rates, deliverables, and collaboration terms.
- Follow up with influencers and complete the onboarding process.
- Manage and update the influencer dashboard.
- Maintain daily records of influencers contacted, connected, and onboarded.




- Achieve assigned daily influencer outreach targets.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and bargaining/negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Comfortable handling dashboards and spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is an added advantage.
- Experience in influencer outreach/onboarding is preferred.
