Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for US employees and contractors, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all documentation.

Review, complete, and maintain Form I-9 records and process E-Verify cases in compliance with federal regulations.

Support US immigration processes, including amendments, extensions, and related case documentation.

Coordinate with employees, managers, attorneys, and external vendors to gather and submit required immigration and compliance documents.

Assist with DOL compliance activities, including LCA postings, Public Access File (PAF) maintenance, and audit readiness.

Maintain accurate employee and immigration records while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely updates and resolving HR and immigration-related queries.

Adapt to changing business priorities and support additional HR operations and compliance initiatives as required.
