Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will handle day-to-day HR operations to support employees and management in an on-site role based in Surat. This full-time position includes administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, and supporting performance management processes. The specialist will manage employee advantages and leave, assist with payroll inputs, and ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal procedures.

The role also involves responding to employee inquiries, supporting engagement and retention initiatives,



and collaborating with other departments to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Experience managing Employee Benefits programs and handling related documentation and communication.
- Skills in Personnel Management, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and supporting performance discussions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR software, and MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with diverse staff.
