Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities
- Source and screen suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Assist with candidate onboarding activities
- Support employee engagement and L&D; initiatives
- Assist in training coordination and documentation
- Maintain recruitment and HR trackers
- Prepare basic HR and L&D; reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Performance-Based CompensationThis position follows a performance-based stipend model rather than a fixed monthly stipend. Compensation will be linked to successful recruitment and onboarding outcomes.
Candidates who consistently demonstrate strong performance, ownership and successful onboarding outcomes may be considered for a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity with a fixed salary, subject to performance and organizational requirements.
