The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, driving employee engagement, and building a productive and positive work environment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage employee relations in a fast-paced organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage offer letters, appointment letters, increment letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and other HR documents.
- Ensure smooth joining and exit formalities, including full and final settlement coordination.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage recruitment activities across departments, including IT, E-commerce, Sales, Operations, and Support.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely hiring, interview scheduling, candidate evaluation, and onboarding.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract quality talent.
3. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and provide accurate attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and HRMS records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, including PF and ESIC.
- Coordinate with finance and external consultants for payroll and compliance-related activities.
4. Performance Management
- Implement and monitor PMS, KPIs, KRAs, and performance review processes.
- Conduct monthly performance review meetings with managers.
- Manage probation confirmation, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and performance-related documentation.
- Identify performance gaps and coordinate corrective action plans.
5. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Develop employee engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
- Ensure effective communication of company policies, HR announcements, and internal processes.
- Promote a professional, respectful, and productive work culture.
6. HR Policies & Process Development
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company rules related to attendance, leave, discipline, code of conduct, and workplace behavior.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company data.
- Support management in organizational development and workforce planning.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave management, PF, and ESIC.
- Experience in PMS, KPI/KRA management, PIP, and employee engagement.
- Robust problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and other HR tools.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently.
Educational Qualification
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, or a relevant degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
