Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to independently manage end-to-end HR functions, with a strong focus on Recruitment, HR Operations, and Payroll Coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
- Manage manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, employee records, onboarding, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate attendance inputs.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day employee relations.
- Manage performance appraisal, employee engagement, and retention activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable statutory requirements.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from joining to exit.

Requirements:





- 4-5 years of relevant HR experience with solid exposure to recruitment and HR operations.
- Good knowledge of payroll coordination and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple HR functions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
