Job Summary

Baltej Infra LLP is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to manage and oversee all Human Resource functions across our projects and corporate office. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of statutory compliance, labour laws, payroll processes, and government regulations applicable to the construction and infrastructure sector.

Experience Required

- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, EPC, or engineering companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave management, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Bonus Act, Minimum Wages Act, CLRA Act, and other applicable Central and State Government regulations.
- Generate and file PF and ESIC challans, returns, registrations, and statutory reports.
- Handle payroll processing and statutory deductions.
- Coordinate with government departments, consultants, and auditors regarding labour and compliance matters.
- Maintain statutory registers and records as required under applicable laws.
- Prepare HR policies, employment contracts, warning letters, termination letters, and other HR documentation.
- Manage company assets issued to employees,



including laptops, mobile phones, vehicles, tools, PPE, access cards, and other company property.
- Maintain asset issuance records, acknowledgements, recoveries, and asset return documentation during employee separation.
- Coordinate with project and administration teams for asset allocation, tracking, and audits.
- Monitor compliance requirements for project sites located across different states.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

Required Skills
- Thorough knowledge of EPFO and ESIC portals.
- Ability to independently create and manage PF & ESIC challans and statutory filings.
- Strong understanding of Central and State labour laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR/payroll software.
- Valuable communication and team management skills.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) /Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- MBA (HR) or PGDM (HR) will be an added advantage.

Salary
- Negotiable based on experience and competency.
