MindBliss Hospital is looking for an experienced and responsible Hospital Manager – Operations to oversee day-to-day hospital operations and ensure smooth, efficient functioning of all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day hospital operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and other hospital teams.
- Monitor patient services and ensure a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
- Manage hospital processes, workflow, and operational efficiency.
- Handle staff coordination, scheduling, and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare standards.
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.




- Coordinate with management on administrative and operational matters.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in hospital operations, preferably in a multispeciality hospital.
- Strong hospital administration and team-management skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple departments and operational responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in managing hospital staff and coordinating with medical teams will be preferred.
