We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Holiday Consultant – Sales & Operations to join our Holiday Department. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of domestic and international holiday destinations, along with experience in holiday sales and operations.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer travel requirements, suggesting suitable holiday packages, converting enquiries into bookings, and coordinating the operational aspects of confirmed trips.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budgets and recommend suitable itineraries.
- Prepare and present holiday quotations and itineraries.
- Follow up on enquiries and leads to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate bookings for hotels, flights, transfers, sightseeing, and other travel services.
- Ensure smooth coordination with suppliers, DMCs, hotels, and other travel partners.
- Manage the complete holiday booking process from enquiry to completion.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, payments, and customer communication.




- Provide timely assistance to customers before and during their travel.
- Resolve customer queries and operational issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on destinations, travel products, seasonal offers, and market trends.

Requirements

- Graduation in Tourism, Travel & Hospitality or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in holiday sales and/or travel operations.
- Good knowledge of Domestic and International Holiday destinations.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to create itineraries and holiday packages based on customer requirements.
- Valuable coordination and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and conversion skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
