Job Summary

We are hiring a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for IT recruitment. Candidates with IT recruitment or staffing consultancy experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed & other platforms.
Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions and offers.
Maintain candidate data and recruitment updates in ATS/CRM.
Achieve recruitment targets and build a strong candidate pipeline.

Requirements
2 year recruitment experience.
IT / Staffing / Consultancy experience preferred.
Solid sourcing and candidate screening skills.




Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and job portals.
Self-motivated, target-oriented and organized.
