Knowledge of Closure Mechanism Parts like Window Regulators, Latches, Door Handles, Door Seals, Door Trims, ORVMs, Sliding Door Mechanisms.
Able to define DFMEA, DVP. DFA, DFSS
Positive understanding of materials, Closure part locating strategy, joining technologies for Closure parts, Fasteners, GD&T;, tolerance stack calculations.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for automotive Body system parts
Sound knowledge of CATIA-V5 with hands on for complex surfacing & kinematics etc.
