About the Role

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support across the organization. The role includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, networking devices, and software applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, internet, email, and system-related issues.
Monitor and maintain office IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
Manage data backups, antivirus solutions, user access, and overall system security.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT support and maintenance.
Handle vendor management, including onboarding, negotiations, procurement, rentals, repairs, and AMC contracts.
Manage laptop rental vendors and ensure timely allocation, replacement, and maintenance of devices.
Maintain accurate inventory and records of all IT assets and equipment.
Track asset issuance, returns, repairs,



replacements, and user allocations.
Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, operating systems, software, and peripherals.
Prepare reports on IT assets, vendor performance, and infrastructure status.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and best practices.

Qualifications:
B.Com or relevant qualification in Accounts/Finance
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–5years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or IT Infrastructure.
Robust knowledge of Windows OS,LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, hardware, software, printers, and basic server administration.
Experience in vendor management, IT procurement, asset management, and laptop rental coordination.
Understanding of cybersecurity practices, data backup management, and cloud platforms

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
