We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of basic accounting principles, be comfortable working with accounting software, and have strong attention to detail.

You will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Record and maintain purchase, sales, expense, and payment entries.
Prepare and process invoices, bills, receipts, and payment records.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations regularly.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Assist in tracking outstanding payments and following up on receivables.
Support monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for accounting-related queries and documentation.
Maintain proper filing of invoices, bills, receipts,



and other financial documents.
Assist the senior accountant/finance team during audits and financial reviews.
Ensure accounting entries are accurate and completed within timelines.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software is preferred.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Zoho Books.
Knowledge of GST invoicing and reconciliation.
Basic understanding of TDS.
Experience handling vendor/customer accounts.
Strong Excel skills, including basic formulas and data management.
