We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer - Hot Stamping to ensure the smooth operation and reliability of hot stamping equipment by carrying out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities. The role involves maintaining presses, furnaces, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, robots, and automation equipment while minimizing downtime and supporting production targets. The candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with safety standards, and contribute to enhancing equipment performance and overall plant efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of hot stamping equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues.
Analyze breakdowns and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
Ensure timely completion of maintenance schedules and accurate maintenance records.




Support TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance OEE.
Coordinate with production teams and vendors for maintenance activities and spare parts management.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including LOTO and EHS standards.

Qualification &
Experience
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
3 to 8 years of maintenance experience in Hot Stamping, Press Shop, Automotive, or Manufacturing industries.
