Position Requirements:
Experience: 5 to 10years of hands-on experience in maintaining machine shop machines.
Machine Expertise: Proficiency in managing and maintaining VMC (Vertical Machining Centers) and HMC (Horizontal Machining Centers).
FANUC Controller: Working knowledge and troubleshooting skills in FANUC controller systems.
Maintenance Skills: Expertise in diagnosing faults and performing repairs on HMC and VMC machines.
Preventive Maintenance: Solid focus on proactive, planned, and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
Lean & TPM Knowledge: Exposure to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S methodologies for improved efficiency and workplace organization.
Maintenance Metrics: Experience in monitoring and improving maintenance KPIs such as UPTIME, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and MTTR (Mean Time to Repair).




IATF Standards: Ability to document and maintain records in accordance with IATF standards and other relevant industry regulations.
Machine Brands: Hands-on experience working with brands like BFW, Makino, and ACE.
Additional Equipment Maintenance: Ability to maintain and troubleshoot other critical equipment, including compressors, stabilizers, and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs).

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
