Role & responsibilities
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues to minimize machine downtime.
Handle fitting, assembly, dismantling, and installation of mechanical components.
Perform maintenance of pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, shafts, valves, and other mechanical equipment.
Carry out alignment, lubrication, and replacement of worn-out components.
Support maintenance activities during machine breakdowns and shutdowns.
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
Coordinate with the production team for smooth machine operation.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of mechanical maintenance and fitting work.
Hands-on experience in breakdown and preventive maintenance.
Knowledge of basic mechanical tools and measuring instruments.
Ability to identify and troubleshoot mechanical problems
Willingness to work in shifts.
