Qualifications
ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Electromechanical Engineering.
Robust knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, motors, sensors, and control panels.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting ultrasonic welding equipment and pneumatic clinching machines preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance on factory equipment and utilities.
Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and electromechanical faults in machines.
Troubleshoot and maintain ultrasonic welding equipment to ensure consistent performance.
Troubleshoot and maintain pneumatic clinching machines for reliable operation.




Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency.
Assist in installation and commissioning of recent machinery or equipment.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during maintenance work.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools required for maintenance.
