Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor (MEP QS) to manage the quantity surveying and commercial activities of MEP works, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and other building services.

The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, billing, variations, subcontractor payments, and cost control to ensure the project is completed within the approved budget and timeline.

MEP quantity take-off
BOQ preparation and checking
Rate analysis and cost estimation
RA billing and subcontractor billing
Variation and claims management
Cost control and budget monitoring
MEP drawings and specifications
HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting knowledge
AutoCAD / PDF drawing measurement tools
MS Excel and MS Office
Positive communication and negotiation skills
