Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote CAMC’s Arbitration and Mediation services.
Identify and approach companies, MSMEs, corporates, institutions, specialists and trade associations that may benefit from alternative dispute resolution.
Meet business owners, legal teams, finance teams, purchase departments and senior management to explain CAMC services.
Encourage companies to incorporate CAMC Arbitration Clauses in their invoices, purchase orders, agreements, contracts and other commercial documents.
Generate current business leads and maintain a database of prospective clients.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into registrations/engagements.
Build relationships with advocates, chartered accountants, company secretaries, consultants, industry associations and skilled bodies for referrals.
Organise and coordinate awareness programmes, seminars, workshops and corporate presentations on Arbitration, Mediation and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR).




Prepare marketing presentations, brochures, email campaigns, WhatsApp communications and other promotional materials.
Visit industrial estates, companies, trade associations and business establishments for CAMC promotion.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients and explore opportunities for additional cases and institutional relationships.
Coordinate with the CAMC team for processing arbitration requests, documentation and client requirements.
Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, conversions and revenue generated.
Submit periodic marketing reports to the management.
Assist in strengthening CAMC’s brand visibility and positioning as a trusted institution for commercial dispute resolution.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
