We are looking for a responsible and organized Coaching & Hostel Management Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our coaching and hostel facility.

The candidate will be responsible for student management, hostel operations, discipline, attendance, coordination and daily administration.

Key Responsibilities

Coaching Management
Manage day-to-day coaching centre activities.
Maintain student attendance and records.
Coordinate with teachers and students.
Ensure classes are conducted smoothly and on time.
Handle basic student queries and concerns.
Coordinate schedules, tests and other academic activities.
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.

Hostel Management
Manage daily hostel operations.
Maintain student check-in/check-out and attendance records.
Ensure cleanliness, discipline and proper hostel setting.
Coordinate food/mess-related activities.
Monitor basic hostel requirements and maintenance.
Handle students' day-to-day concerns.
Coordinate with hostel staff, vendors and management when required.
Ensure hostel rules and timings are properly followed.

Requirements

Ability to manage students professionally.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to maintain records and reports.




Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
Willingness to take responsibility for daily operations.
