The ideal candidate should have strong communication, client-handling, and business development skills, with the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate advertising and sponsorship business for the news channel.
Identify and approach potential clients, brands, local businesses, and advertising agencies.
Promote and sell advertising opportunities across the channel and its digital platforms.
Build and maintain robust relationships with recent and existing clients.
Prepare quotations and proposals and negotiate with clients when required.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of deals.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the internal team for the execution of advertisements and campaigns.
Maintain proper records of leads, clients, follow-ups, and sales.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/business development.
Experience in media, advertising, digital media, or related industries will be preferred.
Candidates from other sales industries with proven sales experience may also be considered.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.
Target-oriented with a solid focus on achieving business results.
Ability to independently generate leads and convert them into clients.
Compensation₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month, depending on experience and skills, plus target-based incentives. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,544.93 per month
