Job Summary

We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, website traffic, leads, conversions, and sales while maintaining effective advertising costs.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Set up and optimize campaigns, ad sets, audiences, budgets, placements, and bidding strategies.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth prospects.
Create and manage campaigns for brand awareness, traffic, lead generation, engagement, and conversions/sales.
Perform A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, audiences, placements, and campaign strategies.
Monitor key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and reach.
Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns using website visitors, customer lists, engagement audiences, and other relevant segments.
Work with the creative/social media team to develop high-performing ad creatives, reels, videos, images, and ad copies.




Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve ROI/ROAS.
Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversions API, events, and conversion tracking where required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, platform updates, current features, and digital advertising trends.
Coordinate with the e-commerce, sales, content, and marketing teams to align advertising campaigns with business objectives.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
Facebook & Instagram advertising expertise.
Audience targeting and retargeting.
Campaign optimization and budget management.
A/B testing and performance analysis.
Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and conversion tracking.
Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rate.
Basic understanding of e-commerce funnels and customer journeys.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with creative teams and understand ad creatives and copywriting.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
