Job Overview

We are hiring Outbound Voice Process Executives to handle customer calls related to loan recovery and collection activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound calls to customers.
Follow up with customers regarding loan recovery and collection payments.
Communicate professionally and effectively with customers.
Address customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Accurately update call records, customer details, and payment information in the system.
Maintain proper documentation and follow the required process guidelines.

Salary & Perks
Freshers: ₹18,000 per month + PF + Performance Incentives
Experienced candidates:



Additional salary perks based on experience and suitability.
Performance-based incentives available.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: 12th Pass & Above
Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
Age Limit: 18–32 Years
Communication: Good communication skills are required.

Language Requirements Candidates should have fluency in:

English + any one of the following:
Kannada
Telugu
Tamil

Candidates fluent in English, Kannada, and Telugu are also preferred.
