We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient MIS Executive who will be responsible for preparing reports, maintaining databases, analyzing business data, and providing accurate information to management for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect, organize, and maintain data from different departments.
Prepare management dashboards and performance reports.
Monitor and analyze business data and identify trends or discrepancies.
Maintain Excel sheets, databases, and reporting formats.
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.
Generate sales, operations, inventory, attendance, and performance reports as required.
Coordinate with different departments for data collection and verification.
Maintain proper documentation and records.
Automate repetitive reporting tasks wherever possible.
Provide ad-hoc reports and data analysis as requested by management.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
Positive knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, and data filtering.
Knowledge of Excel dashboards and data visualization.
Basic knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage.

Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.

Qualification
Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BCA, or any relevant discipline.
Candidates with a background in MIS, Data Analysis, Operations, or Reporting will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate
1–3 years of experience in MIS/reporting.
Freshers with strong Excel and analytical skills may also be considered.
Valuable command of written and spoken English.
Comfortable working with large amounts of data.
