Key Responsibilities
Support export sales and administration, ensuring smooth execution of international customer orders.
Identify and evaluate international market opportunities and support initiatives for export sales growth and current product introduction.
Coordinate order preparation, shipment, transportation, and delivery through air and surface modes to ensure timely customer receipt.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and export control requirements.
Manage export documentation and commercial paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to customers and relevant authorities.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Finance, Logistics, and other functions to ensure seamless export order execution.
Monitor export activities and provide periodic updates on sales, orders, deliveries, and market prospects.
