Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive to manage business reporting, data analysis, dashboards, and performance tracking. The candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and timely MIS reports to management and supporting data-driven business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
Analyse sales, operations, inventory, and business performance data.
Maintain data accuracy and perform data reconciliation.
Develop advanced Excel reports and automate reporting processes.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and E-commerce teams.




Identify performance gaps and provide actionable insights to management.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and support management requirements.

Required Skills
Graduate in any relevant discipline.
3–6 years of experience in MIS or Business Analytics.
Advanced MS Excel, PivotTables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and dashboard creation.
Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in retail or e-commerce will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
