Role Description The Marketing Intern role at Ellecure is an internship position based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will assist in executing marketing campaigns, supporting social media and digital initiatives, and helping coordinate promotional activities and brand collaborations.

Daily tasks include conducting basic market research, preparing reports and presentations, drafting marketing and sales materials, and supporting customer engagement efforts. The intern will work closely with the marketing team to learn how strategies are developed,



track campaign performance, and contribute ideas to strengthen brand awareness and customer loyalty. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in marketing within the personal care industry while developing practical skills in a skilled environment.

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and engage with customers and partners.
Ability to conduct market research and analyze consumer trends and competitor activities.
Interest or basic experience in sales and customer service to support promotional and outreach efforts.
Understanding of marketing strategy fundamentals, including branding, positioning, and campaign planning.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort with social media platforms.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a hybrid setup based in Mumbai.
