Role & responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end execution of civil projects including demolition, redevelopment, fit-outs, expansions, and facility modifications across all of our projects.
Prepare BOQs, review drawings, and validate vendor quotations.
Ensure timely project completion through regular site supervision.
Monitor contractor performance, quality, and safety compliance.
Drive cost optimization through efficient planning and material reuse.
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Design, Admin) and external consultants for smooth execution.
Resolve site-level issues and support statutory approvals and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with hard services teams for utilities and infrastructure requirements.

Preferred candidate profile:
Solid hands-on site execution and QA experience with strong IS-code knowledge.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in industrial or commercial civil projects.
Robust vendor management and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced settings.
Knowledge of utilities such as STP, ETP, Boiler, HVAC preferred
