About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our key clients based in Chennai. The candidate will be based out of Mumbai and will handle all client communication, coordination, and servicing remotely.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts in the Chennai region.
Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients through regular calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to ensure timely delivery of services/products.
Monitor account health, resolve client escalations promptly, and ensure high client satisfaction.
Track account performance, renewals, and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.
Prepare and share periodic reports (account status, revenue, issues) with management.
Ensure smooth onboarding of current clients and maintain accurate account documentation/CRM records.

Skills Required




Strong communication skills (English and Hindi; Tamil is a plus for better client rapport).
Positive understanding of client relationship management and account servicing.
Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
Problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach .
Proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools for tracking and reporting.
Ability to work independently and manage remote client relationships.
Graduate in any discipline (preference for Business/Marketing background)
2–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or B2B sales

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
