We are seeking an experienced Sales Head to lead sales for our upcoming real estate development project.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance.

· Drive new business development and expansion into current markets/territories.

· Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.

· Manage sales targets, forecasting, pipeline, budgets, and profitability.

· Identify market prospects and monitor competitor activities.

· Develop and manage distributors, dealers, channel partners, and key accounts, as applicable.

· Lead major negotiations and close high-value business deals.

· Monitor sales KPIs and take corrective actions to achieve targets.

· Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other departments.





· Prepare regular sales and business performance reports for senior management.

· Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field.

· 7- 10 years of proven sales experience, with strong leadership experience.

· Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

· Robust business development, strategic planning, and analytical abilities.

· Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹175,000.00 per month
