Source MRO and industrial products from reliable vendors and suppliers.
Identify recent vendors and develop a robust supplier network.
Handle RFQs, quotation collection, comparison and negotiation.
Understand customer requirements and identify suitable products/vendors from the market.
Coordinate with vendors for pricing, availability, quality and delivery timelines.
Negotiate commercial terms and ensure competitive procurement.
Manage the procurement process from requirement identification to order fulfillment.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and B2B customers for smooth execution.
Maintain vendor and product information accurately in the system.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
Support sourcing of mechanical, electrical, safety, tools, consumables and other industrial MRO products.
Identify alternative suppliers/products to improve cost competitiveness and availability.

Preferred Candidate Profile




2–5 years of experience in MRO procurement, sourcing, industrial purchase or indirect procurement.
Experience in industrial products / engineering / manufacturing / automation / electrical / mechanical sectors preferred.
Strong understanding of MRO products and industrial components.
Hands-on experience with RFQs, vendor sourcing, quotation comparison and price negotiation.
Good vendor management and communication skills.
Candidates with B2B industrial sourcing/procurement experience will be preferred.
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production or related engineering fields preferred.

Pay: ₹328,075.83 - ₹800,000.00 per year
