Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day logistics and operational activities.
Handle customer queries, orders, and service-related requirements.
Coordinate with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor shipments, deliveries, and transportation schedules.
Maintain daily records, reports, and required documentation.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Follow up with customers and provide regular updates.
Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Support the team in maintaining smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements
12th Pass / Graduate
1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, customer service, or operations preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
